Yes! You have 7 days from the time of purchase to request a full refund of the course. Just contact customer support.
How do I access the course?
You can access your course by visiting your library at any time, in any web browser (desktop, tablet and mobile).
What happens after I purchase?
After you purchase a course, that course will be instantly available to you in your library. You will also receive a confirmation email with login instructions.
After you purchase an ebook, you will receive an email with instructions to download your ebook. Ebooks are not available in your library.
What software do I need?
All you need is a web browser. That's all!Ā
Can I ask the instructor questions?
Currently, you may ask the instructor questions by adding a comment to a lesson or module in a course. The instructor or Healthier Tech team will respond.
Can I cancel the course?
Yes! You have 7 days from the time of purchase to request a full refund of the course.
Do I get a certificate at the end of the course?
Yes! All courses include aĀ Certificate of Completion when you complete the course.
Each certificate includes your name, the course name, the date it was issued, as well as a unique identifier code for verification.
How can I give a course as a gift to someone else?
Some courses are labeled 'BOGO'. If you purchase one of these courses, you are enrolled, and you can enroll someone else for free.
