I'M CATHY.
I’m Cathy, creator of The Sleep Easy Method. Trust me, I know what it’s like to toss and turn for hours, or even ALL NIGHT LONG! I personally struggled with severe insomnia issues for nearly 15 years! I did what the doctors told me to do; I drank the chamomile tea, tried to reduce my stress (please!), tried several pharmaceuticals, and just about every herbal supplement on the market.

Some of these worked to put me to sleep, but the quality of the sleep was not good, or I would wake up with a major hangover. Some of them worked for a short time, but after a few months, their effectiveness wore off. Eventually, I was told to see a psychologist and consider an anti-depressant. But wait a second- I wasn’t depressed!! I just COULDN'T BLEEPING SLEEP!

This was when I knew I had to find the answers myself. The conventional medical system could not help me. So, in 2012, I changed my entire life and became a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist. Since then, I have been researching everything I can get my hands on when it comes to sleep. I have learned a tremendous amount of information in that time, most of which you will never get from your doctor.
